About Me

I am a professional birth worker, a birth doula! I help women have better births! I work directly with the birthing mother by providing emotional, physical, and educational support during pregnancy and birth. I work for you and help to make sure your wishes are cared out. I provide my services at birth-centers, at home births, and hospital deliveries. 

Doulas help women navigate through the pregnancy and birth experience in ways that meet the moms needs. Women who have doulas typically experience a more positive birth experience with better outcomes. 

As a licensed Massage Therapist, I truly believe in the power of touch. I customize my massage technique to meet the needs of each client. I love working with endurance athletes, weekend warriors, pregnant moms, neck and shoulder pain, and stress relief. I believe regular massage can enhance your well-being, help manage pain, and bring balance.
